Raymond Paul Griffith, III, an offshore captain, entered into eternal rest at Kindred Hospital on Thursday, October 9, 2014, at 2:03 a.m. Beloved husband of Angela Howard Griffith. Father of Raymond Paul Howard, Sr. and Ryan Paul Howard, Sr. Son Linda Robinson and the late Raymond Griffith, Jr. Brother of Cassie Gray and the late Taifa Griffith. Grandson of Vincent Robinson and the late Raymond Griffith, Sr., Bernice Griffith, and Anna Mae Banquet. Nephew of the late Leslie Griffith, also survived by 3 grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friend. Age: 47 years, a native of New Orleans, La. and a resident of Waggaman, La. Relatives and friends of the family also pastors, officers, and members of Greater Zionfield Worship Center and neighboring churches are invited to attend the funeral service at Greater Zionfield Worship Center, 636 Eleventh St., Westwego, La., on Saturday, October 18, 2014, at 11:00 a.m., Rev. Samuel Travis officiating. Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. until service time at the above named church. Interment: Woodlawn Park Memorial Cemetery, Westwego, La.
