My Godfather liked carnations, breakfast at McDonald's and was fond of his youngest sister who was born on his birthday. He gave her money to help her raise 3 kids. I enjoyed sending him cards and chatting with him on the phone. I liked our visits. He once had a nice nice garden.

Where do I begin? Well, it all started when I was born! Every weekend you were by the house drinking coffee and playing with the dogs. You brought candy, but it was for the dogs, lol! I remember when I was very young and have a temper tantram, I'd throw a fit on the floor and you'd say " You're not doing it right, stand by the wall and hit your head up against it!" I'd get even madder and thought you were crazy for saying that! Every Thanksgiving and Christmas you loved mom's gumbo and always had room for 3 bowls. I remember back when you lived in Pensacola, dad put me on a flight to visit you and you picked me up in your Gremblin from the airport, lol! You were an excellent brother to my dad and his family, first and foremost. I'm so glad we got to know each other more when the time came that you needed someone to help you. I miss our meals together, outside drinking coffee on the patio and just watching the birds. You were never an inconvenence and wanted to say I'm sorry I couldn't be there when COVID started but I was praying for you. You were like the next best thing to having part of my dad still with me and now that's lost :( .
My condolences to his remaining 2 sisters, Barbara and Madylne, nieces and nephews.
Rest in peace Uncle Reginald.
Love always
