Ricky remains in my mind as a fine man. We had a lotta laughs on and around the tennis court for many years. I'm sorry for his loss. Warm wishes for love and comfort to all his family and friends.

To me Rick will always be remembered as a fun loving, wonderful person whose personality would fill up a room, a dug out, or the tennis courts. I have so many fond memories of being around him with all of the guys at B.J.´s or Freddie´s after the ball games. The years have passed but I still see him as that young vibrant competitor whose company was enjoyed by all. In the midst of all the fun, laughter, and joking around Rick had a sincerity about him that everyone felt the bond of a close trusted friend in him. What a great person, what a great guy we had in our lives who will be sorely missed. Our most sincere condolences to Karon and family,
Paul and Elaine Abadie

Some of my fondest memories are of cutting up in Coach Leveque´s science class at Rummel. Especially when he was doing much of the cutting up himself! God bless you good Sir!

Ricky had a personality larger than life. His gregarious persona ignited a sense of friendship amongst all of those he encountered. Although out of touch for decades, the memories of his cheering for the Raiders, and the antics
he shared unabashedly as he entertained the throngs of Tulane Stadium Saints fans, will be cherished memories by all who knew him back when. Personally, the times shared with my ole friend are a gift I will forever be grateful for. With a sad heart, I relay to Ricky's family my deepest condolences.
