Robert Joseph "Bob" Derveloy Jr.

Robert "Bob" Joseph Derveloy, Jr., 98, a native of Iota, LA and a resident of Luling, LA, passed away on Wednesday, March 24, 2021. Visitation will be from 9:00 am until 11:00 am on Monday, March 29, 2021 at Holy Family Catholic Church, Luling, LA. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 am with burial to follow in St. Charles Cemetery, Luling, LA. He is survived by his loving wife of 76 years, Mildred "Miss Millie" Mays Derveloy; children, Marilyn Wagner (Russ), Susan Volk (Jerry), Dr. Robert J Derveloy, III (Victoria) and Rhonda Derveloy; brother, Glen Derveloy; 12 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Derveloy, Sr. and Rose Marie Derveloy; brothers, Earl, Donald and Carol Derveloy and sister, Audrey Roy. Bob was the owner of Foxy Lady Boutique, member of Rotary International, member of the Knights of Columbus, U.S. Army Air Veteran, volunteer at Holy Family Catholic Church, volunteer for Triad and a lover of Corvettes. He was also the recipient of the Medallion of Service Award. Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
