Rusty (and Beth) touched so many lives through their work with countless agencies at NFC - most of the government, in fact. There are literally millions of federal employees who benefitted from Rusty's talent, influence, and achievements. I am honored to have known and worked with him. Beth - and family - know just how much we all loved and respected him. May God grant you perfect peace.
