I am late in offering my condolences and for that I am sorry. I ran across something online which led me to look up Mr Blanchard and found this obit. He was a good friend to my dad for a lot of years. I remember "Blanchard" visiting our apartment when I was about 5 or 6 and his blue eyes melted my heart way back then. I think I wanted to marry him and this was before I even knew what that meant. I am saddened by your loss but I am hopeful that Mr. "Ronnie" is amongst friends and loved ones and that as long as we remember someone, they're never really gone.

Patsy
My deepest sympathy for the passing of Ronnie. I have good memories of our (Patsy) friendship thru our teenage years. Our days at the beach and roller skating. I remember you talked about Ronnie all the time when he was overseas. When he returned from home, I was very excited to finally meet him. We had some good times. Please email me so that we can try to see each other.

Ronnie, In his own way, was funny, I loved his dry humor. His sister, Patsy and I have been friends for 50 years and we would visit Ronnie in Bucktown, at first when I met him, I didn't know whether he was joking or not, but I loved that dry humor. May God bless him and hold him in the palm of his hands.

I worked with Ronnie many years in Kenner. We went shrimping and fishing a few times. He was a good guy to work with and go to coffee with, something we did a lot. My prayers will go out to your family. Russell Millet

I was a coworker of Ronnie's,we worked together for Kippers Communications. We worked side by side for 10 years. Thru heat of our summers, rain storms & bitter cold of winter doing our job. Ronnie taught me alot and some of our coworkers agree, his stories were very hilarious. We shared lots of good times talking about our hobbies we loved ( collecting guns and going shooting & fishing.) Can't forget having a beer or two, he will be missed. Thanks Ronnie for some good times.
