Ronald Rigaud Obituary

Ronald Peter Rigaud, Sr., 77, passed away on Wednesday, September 11, 2024 in New Orleans. Mr. Rigaud was born on September 27, 1946 to the late Edwin and Mabel Rigaud. Beloved Husband of the late Geraldine Thomas Rigaud. Ronnie attended Corpus Christi Elementary School and St. Augustine High School, graduating in 1965 and going on to serve his country in the U.S Army. Following his service, Ronnie embarked on a career at Eastman Kodak, where he contributed significantly until his retirement. He is survived by a son, Ronald P. Rigaud Jr. (Molly); daughter, Michelle Rigaud Thompson; siblings, Myra Frost and Edwin Rigaud, Jr. (Carole); several loving in-laws, Five grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends. A memorial Mass honoring the life and legacy of the late Ronald Peter Rigaud, Sr., will be held Corpus Christi/Epiphany Catholic Church, 2022 St. Bernard Avenue, New Orleans, LA on Friday, November 8, 2024 at 10 am. To The Rigaud Children and Family:
This is a shock to me. So sorry for the lost of your Parents. They were such wonderful people. I missed them went they moved away. I use to live on Lapeyrouse Street around the corner. Loved that fish Ron use to share.
