LaBAUVE Rosemary LeBlanc LaBauve of Baton Rouge, LA. died in the Butterfly Wing of Hospice of Baton Rouge on Wednesday, January 31, 2007 at 5:17 PM. Beloved wife of Clarence Anthony LaBauve of 59 years. Mother of Joni Colvin, Lisa Boudreaux of Dallas, Texas and Kim A. LaBauve of Trinidad. Mother-in-law of David Colvin, Mark Boudreaux and Melinda LaBauve. Daughter of the late Albertine Guidry and Edmond J. LaBauve, Sr. Sister of Marion Schwartz and the late Elmedia LeBlanc, Edmond, Jr., Lester, Clarence, Richard and Raymond LeBlanc. preceded in death by grandson Joshua Mark Boudreaux. Also survived by 7 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. Wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Rose loved children, cooking, entertaining and life. She had a kind and generous heart ready to give of herself when needed. Her joyful presence will be deeply missed by family and friends at parties and family functions. Age 80 years. A native of Westwego, LA. and a resident of Baton Rouge, LA. for the past 30 years. Relatives and friends of the family also members of Banter Fraternity and Ladies Auxillary are invited to attend a visitation on Friday, February 2, 2007 at MOTHE FUNERAL HOMES, 7040 Lapalco Blvd., Marrero, LA. from 6:00 P.M. until 10:00 PM and visitation will continue on Saturday, February 3, 2007 from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church, Westwego, LA. at 11:30 A.M. Interment: Our Lady of Prompt Succor Mausoleum, Westwego, LA. Donations to Hospice of Baton Rouge preferred or your local St. Vincent de Paul.
