Rosetta Walker Obituary

WALKER Rosetta (Rose) Walker departed this life on Tuesday, March 24, 2009 at Louisiana Specialty Hospital. Wife of David Walker. Mother of Joyce Dillon, Carrie Williams, Rickey, Henry Lee, and Carrie Walker and the late Lillie Frazier. Daughter of the late Henry and Mozelle N. Frazier. Sister of Lovie, Eddie, EC and JD Frazier, Queen James, Ida Billingsley, Laurel Magee, Sis Dixon, Annie Green, Jeannie Merchantson and the late Fred Frazier. Also survived by 30 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Age 69 years. A native of Utica, Ms. and a resident of Marrero, La. Relatives and friends of the family; also pastors, officers and members of Believer's Life Family Church and all neighboring churches are invited to attend the Funeral Service from Davis Mortuary Service, 6820 Westbank Expressway, Marrero, La. on Thursday, April 2, 2009 at 11:00a.m. Rev. Darrel Kuirsh - officiating. Visitation begins at 9:00a.m. until service time at the above named parlor. Interment: Bright Star Cemetery - Marrero, La. Arrangements by Davis Mortuary Service 230 Monroe St., Gretna, La.
