Salvador B. Greco Jr.

Salvador B. Greco, Jr. passed away on Monday, April 23, 2007 surrounded by his family. He was 73 years old. Son of the late Genevieve Rogora Patterson. Beloved husband of Charliene Barraco Greco and was happily married for 53 years. Devoted and loving father of Ronald Greco and Tena Greco Dupree. Father-in-law of Debbie Carmouche Greco and Kirk Dupree. Brother of Betty La Douceur. Dearest grandfather to Brandon Greco, Lynsey Dupree and Kristy Dupree. Also survived by nieces and nephews. Mr. Greco retired from New Orleans Public Service Inc. after 32 years of employment. He proudly served in the U.S. Navy for 10 years during the Korean Conflict. He was a member of St. Philip Neri Church and a resident of Metairie for the past 50 years. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at LAKE LAWN METAIRIE FUNERAL HOME, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd. (in Metairie Cemetery), on Thursday, April 26, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow in Lake Lawn Park Mausoleum.
