Samuel Jerome Deli Jr., departed this life suddenly on Sunday, February 28, 2021, at West Jefferson Medical Center in Marrero, La. He was only 2 years old. He was born on May 10, 2018, to Elizabeth Vallius and Samuel Jerome Deli Sr. He is the brother of Keyona Deli, Emanuel Deli and Kingston Deli. Grandson of Edna Vallius, Risque' Vallius, Marie Deli and the late Alisma Jerome. Nephew of Maguerite Jean-Baptiste, Deneka Vallius, Denesha Vallius, Marie Eliantus, Areil Vallius, Alimene Jerome and Ashley Vallius. Samuel was a sweet little boy who was loved by many people, he was kind and caring. He was always asking, "Mommy are you ok? Be careful mommy, I love you mommy!" He also loved complementing his mother. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend a visitation on Friday, March 19, 2021, at Robinson Family Funeral home located at 9611 LA-23, Belle Chasse, LA 70037 from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, March 20, 2021, at St. Joseph Catholic Church located at 610 6th St., Gretna, LA, 70053, at 10 a.m. The limited visitation will begin at 9 a.m. Father Gary Copping officiating and entombment will follow at Westlawn Memorial Park 1225 Whitney Ave., Gretna, LA 70056.
