I've been on this walk exactly a year ago. . . It’s painful but you can survive and make it and your mom I know will be proud of you.
God's word promises us that when we are weak He is strong. He also said that what so ever we ask in Christ name believing it will be done.
Faith in our prayers and God is key to it all. So far Faith is the most powerful thing I have found in this world since my mom’s death.
Remind God of his promises to you. Then ask him to let you know everything is ok and give you PEACE AND COMFORT in Christ name.
Remember to have faith in Him and with Faith there is no room for doubt.
Nothing ever prepares you for that separation of such a deep loss. I think it helps to read, talk about it and hold on to your faith in God.
My thoughts and prayers are with you and your dad.

My heart is heavy since hearing about Sandra. We worked together for about 20 yrs @ U.S. Postal Service. She was very kind and treated everyone with respect and a beautiful smile. I will miss her. Our postal family is something no one can understand, I loved her like a sister and had much admiration for her. May God watch over her family in these trying times and give them strength. p.s. She is already in heaven "what a beautiful angel".
