Sandra "Sandy" Morlas passed away on September 21, 2024 at 60 years of age. She was born in Rogers, Arkansas on November 2, 1963. She preceded in death by her father, Gary Miller; son, Tyler Lirette; and brother-in-law, Gary Morlas. She is survived by her husband, Guy Morlas; daughters, Jennifer Verdin and Heath Crystal Lundy (Ryan LeBlanc); grandchildren, Reigney Huett, Kolton Tyler Huett, Sebastien LeBlanc-Lundy; step-children, Guy Morlas, Jr., Kena Ives, Kelly Morlas, and Shane Morlas; 9 step-grandchildren; mother, Shirley Miller; and brother, Jeffrey Miller. She is also survived by her long-time best friends, Cathy Redmond and Laura Greer. She is also survived by her long-time best friends, Cathy Redmond and Laura Greer. Sandy loved her family and animals immensely. Over the past 10 years she had also developed a healthy relationship with God. Relatives and friends are invited to the services on Wednesday, September 25, 2024 at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd. New Orleans, LA 70124. The visitation begins at 9:00 a.m. until the funeral service at 11:00 a.m. The interment will follow at All Saints Mausoleum, which is on the same property as the funeral home.
