Sharon Hatzinikolaou Obituary

HATZINIKOLAOU Our beloved mother, Sharon Hatzinikolaou, age 72, a New Orleans, LA native, died on Thursday, June 28, 2007 in Atlanta, Georgia. The wife of the late Nicholas Hatzinikolaou and the daughter of the late Dolores and Julin Abecilla. She is survived by 4 children: Michael Norman, Melissa Norman-Rathbun, Troy Norman and Mark Peschlow; son in law, Kevin Rathbun; friend, Charles Horseman; sister, Joann Abecilla; brother, Julian Abecilla; and 2 grandchildren: Mark and Nikki Peschlow. Memorial Services will be on Tuesday, July 3, 2007 at 10:00am till 12:00 noon with Mass immediately following by Father Taormina at St. Francis Xavier Church, 433 Metairie Road, Metairie, Louisiana 70005, (504) 824-0340.

In My Pocket

I have memories in my pocket.
They rattle among the change.

My memories of you are treasures I carry wherever I go.

They are stored in bits and pieces, parts of a beautiful whole
They give me comfort when I think I am alone.

Yes, I have memories in my pocket, like so much other stuff I keep there.

But of all the treasures I have, it’s the memories of you that are the most precious.
