I just learned of Shelby's passing. He called me two days before his death, asking me to come visit him at home but I have been working out of town. I regret missing his service. I regret even more no longer having the pleasure of his company. Paul

Shelby was a popular member of our Warren Easton Lunch Bunch and we will miss him at our gatherings. And it will be sad to see Sidney Stone come to the meeting without him.
Most of us were unaware of Shelby's extensive military and community service record. He was a true hero.
Unfortunately, few members of our group were able to attend the services for him, but we will remember him jointly at our next luncheon March 27.

Aunt Jenny, David, Shelby, and Susan,
I was so sorry to hear Uncle Shelby passed on. I know this is a difficult time for each of you and hope as time passes it will get better. Aunt Jenny, you told me at Dad and Kevin's funerals that it was okay to cry and mourn them and you also said it will get easier. I believe that! It just takes time.
Love and prayers,
Bonnie

DEAR JENNY, WE WISH TO EXPRESS OUR SYMPATHY TO YOU AND THE FAMILY. I HAVE GREAT MEMORIES OF MY FAMILY WITH YOU & SPIKE. WHEN YOU LOSE YOUR LOVER & BEST FRIEND LIKE SPIKE, IT'S HARD TO GO ON. TRY TO THINK OF THE GOOD LIFE YOU SHARED WITH HIM AND YOU WILL MOVE ON WITH YOUR LIFE. YOU HAD A HUSBAND THAT TRULY LOVED YOU. AS YOU KNOW, VERY FEW PEOPLE HAVE THAT IN THEIR LIFETIME.
ALWAYS, DOTTY KRASNOFF & FAMILY
