CHATELAIN SUZANNE CHATELAIN Funeral Services will be held at a 2:00 PM Mass of Christian Burial on Friday, October 3, 2008 in the Delhomme Chapel of the Flowers for Suzanne Chatelain, 59, who passed away at her residence at 9:30 PM on Tuesday, September 30, 2008. Reverend Steve LeBlanc, Pastor of St. Pius X Catholic Church, will be Celebrant of the Mass and will conduct the funeral services. Lectors will be Ginger Schlueter and Alice Boynton. Interment will take place in Lafayette Memorial Park Cemetery. Suzanne, a resident of Lafayette, LA, was the daughter of the late Joseph "J.B." Peschier of St. Martinville, LA and the former Hilda Broussard of Broussard, LA. She is survived by her husband Curt Chatelain of Lafayette; one daughter Katie Foret and husband, Paul of Duson; one son Ryan LaBorde and wife Brandi of Houston, TX; four grandchildren, Bennett Foret, Conner Foret, Ethan Foret, and Payton LaBorde; her mother, Hilda Peschier of Scott; one sister, Marlene Prejean of Scott. She was preceded in death by her father Joseph Peschier, and her brother-in-law, David "Boo" Prejean. The family requests that visiting hours be observed on Friday, October 3, 2008 from 10:00 AM until service time at Delhomme Funeral Home. Pallbearers will be Ryan LaBorde, Paul Foret, William Blackman, Donna Moore, Michela Walling, Pressanna Vital. Honorary Pallbearers will be Dr. Dan Dupree, Dr. Buddy Azar, Dr. Terry Cromwell, Daniel Dietzen, Gary Dietzen, Grant Schlueter, and Keith Breaux.
