Sylvia Antoinette Riley

Sylvia Antoinette Riley, a homemaker, entered peacefully into eternal rest at her residence on Sunday, April 7, 2024, at the age of 64. She was a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Marrero, LA. Devoted mother of Chiquita Riley, Kendell Riley, Sherika Riley, and Sheitera Riley. Beloved daughter of Alvin Riley, Sr. and Sarah Riley. Granddaughter of the late Joseph Riley, Sr., Iona Riley, John William, Sr. and Laura Williams. Loving sister of Alvin Riley, Jr., Laura Riley, Amanda Riley, Patricia Johnson and Callise Phillips. Sister-in-law of the late Samuel Johnson. Sylvia is also survived by 8 grandchildren, and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers, and members of New Zion Christian Family Worship Center and all neighboring churches are invited to attend the Funeral Service at New Zion Christian Family Worship Center, 5040 Taravella Road, Marrero, LA on Saturday, April 20, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. Pastor Carnell Bridges, officiating.
