Terri Wild Eschmann

1957 - 2024

Terri Wild Eschmann, of Metairie, Louisiana, was born on January 11, 1957, and called home into the arms of God on Sunday, May 5, 2024 at the age of 67. She was surrounded by her loving family. She was preceded in death by her parents, John Henry Wild, Jr. and Audrey Mills Wild, her in-laws, Merlin and Lorriane Eschmann and her grandson, Tyler Scott Eschmann. She is survived by her loving husband of 45 years, Scott A. Eschmann; her children, Ashley Ledet and Shaun Eschmann (Rebecca); grandchildren, Aiden and Tristan Ledet and Brayden, Caleb, and Addison Eschmann. She is also survived by her brother, Timothy Wild; cousins, Robin Ennis (Beau) and Tia Riche; sister-in-law, Kim LeBourgeois (Johnny) and their children. She was a graduate of the Academy of Holy Angels ('75) and Nunez Community College. She enjoyed watching her children on various ball fields, spending time with her grandchildren, and working at St. Edward the Confessor. She was head of the checking department at First Financial Bank. Terri will be deeply missed but forever loved and remembered for her unwavering spirit, warm smile, and the passion she brought to all who had the privilege of knowing her. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 11, 2024, at Garden of Memories Funeral Home, 4900 Airline Drive, Metairie, Louisiana 70001. A memorial service will take place at 2:00 p.m. followed by inurnment in Garden of Memories Cemetery.
