Terry Landry Bridgewater

Terry Landry Bridgewater, a lifelong resident of New Orleans, Louisiana entered nto eternal rest on January 26, 2021. He is preceded in death by his parents, Landry and Melvina Bridgewater. He leaves to cherish his memories two brothers, Angelo and Darrell Bridgewater, two sisters, Alice and Chantine Bridgewater, one godchild, Ignatious Weaver, a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, and devoted friends, Claude Harris and Raymond Hillard Jr. He was the Assistant Choir Director for the Imperialistic Choir. The Treasurer for the Young Men of Distinction Lodge #1677, and Secretary for the Ernest N. Thomas Past Exalted Ruler & Council # 39. Mr. Terry, aka Mr. Legendary also worked in many positions in Healthcare. He was an Administrator, Dietitian and Assistant Director of Nursing. He has worked at Charity, Flint-Goodridge and Hotel Dieu Hospitals, Good Samaritan and LaFon Nursing Homes and many more. He left this earth doing what he loved most, which was the service of others. He will be greatly missed. .Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Parlor visitation on Saturday, February 13, 2021 beginning 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. at Littlejohn Funeral Home, 2163 Aubry Street.
