Husband of Pearline Watkins; Father of Theodore (Gaynell) Watkins IV and Tyrone (Shanta) Watkins; Son of the late Frances Watson Watkins and Theodore Watkins Jr.; Brother of Lorraine (Thomas) Keelan, Marcel (Mary) Watkins, Austin (Yolanda) Watkins, Frances Marie Watkins and Shelia (Gregory) Jones; Nephew of Louella Watson. Grandfather of Margueret Smith Garrison, Gabriel Smith, Theodore Watkins V, Janiya Perkins, Aliyah, Trinity and Tye Watkins and Tyrone Watkins, Jr.; Great grandfather of Ziah Garrison. Also survived by a host of other relatives and friends.
