The Port Sulphur Volunteer Fire Department was sorry to hear of the passing of Tracy. Tracy was a Life Member of this Department and of the Louisiana State Firemen's Association. We will have Masses said in his honor. He will be missed.
I have known Tracy most of my life as I grew up across the street form him and his family in Buras.
