Troy Davis Obituary
Troy leaves to mourn his passing his beloved mother, Gwendolyn Davis (Arthur), his father, Lloyd Davis (Deidra), son, Troy Davis, Jr., maternal grandmother, Esther LeBlanc, sister, Trina Davis, brother, Kevin Davis, Sr.(Angela), two nephews, Kevin and Tyren Davis. Also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends. Troy was preceded in death by grandparents, Lenet A. Smith, Sr., Edgar and Mary Davis. Family and friends are invited to attend a celebration of Troy's life at Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 3368 Esplanade Ave., New Orleans, LA on Friday, March 17, 2017. A Mass of Christian burial will begin at 11 AM, Father Warren Cooper, Celebrant.
Interment St. Louis Cemetery No. 3.
Visitation 9 AM IN THE CHURCH.

Troy I think of you each time I visit New Orleans. I am so sorry we lost touch. Today I searched for you on social media and was directed to your obituary. I kissed your picture as my heart ached. When zi was in New Orleans caring for my brother you were my right hand and reminded my dear friend. You helped me with so much.
We will meet again. Until then, there will be a special part of my heart reserved for you always. I love you. Rest Easy, no more stressing.
