TO THE AUBERT FAMILY MY PRAYERS GO OUT TO YOU ALL. TYRONE WAS A VERY GOOD FRIEND OF MINE. I KNOW HE WILL BE TRULY MISSED. I HAVE QUITE A LOT OF FOND MEMORIES WITH BOTH TYRONE AND JEROME. MAY GOD BLESS YOU AND YOUR FAMILY.

To the Aubert Family...
especially Alvin, Bumbie, Geedy, Nucy, Wanda, and Leenie... my thoughts and prayers are with ya'll at this time of sorrow... I know first hand what it feels like to lose a brother, I lost mine just a year ago, a week before Tiny's passing, and they both would have been 60 this year... and Tiny was just like a brother to me too..
may God put the love and peace in your heart, and give you the strength to carry on.. remember this... God only picks the best flowers for his heavenly bouquet...

Again, we want to say thank you. Our brother was and still is our biggest inspiration, although God needed him more then we did and it is not easy to bare. To the Aubert Family,
You are in my prayers everyday for I too know what it's like to loose someone you love. Please keep in mind that God makes no mistakes. Tyrone was a beautiful person and just as we all loved him, God loved him more. If Tyrone was asked to come back, as much as he loved you, he would not want to. Try to think of the happy moments you shared with him and how happy he is to be with the Lord. He now has eternal life and we all can look forward to seeing him again. Jerome and the Aubert family. My heart goes out to you. I had the pleasure of working with Jerome and Tyrone on Bourbon Street. We sang together in the same band at LaStrada's. I cherish the memories of Tyrone Aubert from school days at St. Phillip the Apostle Elementary. He was among our book sacks-in-hand walkers on misty mornings and humid afternoons. Tiny I'm going to miss you man. I remember Tiny always smiling and in good spirit, when Tiny and Jerome were living in California we had some of the best times, I remember coming over and telling him to play me something on the piano and we get down my last time hearing him play was five years ago when I came to New Orleans and we talk about music and his love of gospels music that he had been working on and it was touching. His nickname may have been “Tiny,” but Tyronne’s spirit was enormous. On stage and off he shined! His unwavering faith, love of family, and determination were an inspiration to all who knew and loved him. Through his music, laughter, and compassion Tyronne touched many lives, mine included. He never met a “stranger,” but was always open and friendly to everyone he encountered. May you find comfort in your many warm and happy memories. I know he’s in heaven leading a second line and singing to his heart’s content!
