To the Aubert Family...
especially Alvin, Bumbie, Geedy, Nucy, Wanda, and Leenie... my thoughts and prayers are with ya'll at this time of sorrow... I know first hand what it feels like to lose a brother, I lost mine just a year ago, a week before Tiny's passing, and they both would have been 60 this year... and Tiny was just like a brother to me too..
may God put the love and peace in your heart, and give you the strength to carry on.. remember this... God only picks the best flowers for his heavenly bouquet...
I love ya'll....
Ann Aubert (Alvin's wife)

My Brother

We shared many secrets,
and the same Mom and Dad,
We shared lots of good times,
and also some bad.

My memories I'll treasure,
With love without end,
I'm glad you were my brother,
And I'm glad you were my friend.

As life goes on without you,
there's a void that can't be filled,
I'll always love and miss you,
And someday we'll meet again.

Again, we want to say thank you. Our brother was and still is our biggest inspiration, although God needed him more then we did and it is not easy to bare. We all know he watches over us to lead and guide us to bigger and better places. Thank you guys. God bless and lots of love. Love Always, Shirleen Aubert Jacobs.

To The Aubert Family,
May your memories of Tyrone be always filled with Joy and Laughter. He was unique as we all are and yet so special to so many. As the good book says, "Trust in the Lord with all thine heart, and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge Him, and he shall direct our paths."
Be Blessed!

To the Aubert Family,
You are in my prayers everyday for I too know what it's like to loose someone you love. Please keep in mind that God makes no mistakes. Tyrone was a beautiful person and just as we all loved him, God loved him more. If Tyrone was asked to come back, as much as he loved you, he would not want to. Try to think of the happy moments you shared with him and how happy he is to be with the Lord. He now has eternal life and we all can look forward to seeing him again. Take care and may God Bless You!
From your sister in spirit and love,

Wanda Aubert

To the many friends and family that sign this guest book, Thank you. We appreciate your time, energy, and comforting words. Tyronne is on our minds and hearts, daily. For me I hear his voice in my mind telling me what he thinks of life, music, the future, me and singing Ave Maria, so beautifully. He continues to inspire from his angel seat in heaven. Love to you all, Wanda

Heart Gifts
by: Helen Steiner Rice

It's not the things that can be bought
that are life's richest treasure,
It's just the little
"heart gifts"
that money cannot measure...
A cheerful smile, a friendly word,
a sympathetic nod
Are priceless little treasures
from the storehouse
of our God...
They are the things that can't be bought
with silver or with gold,
For thoughtfulness and kindness
and love are never sold...
They are the priceless things in life
for which no one can pay,
And the giver finds rich recompense
In giving them away.

I will miss Tiny dearly. Jerome, your family and friends are just a phone call away. Call us whenever you need someone to talk to.

I cherish the memories of Tyrone Aubert from school days at St. Phillip the Apostle Elementary. He was among our book sacks-in-hand walkers on misty mornings and humid afternoons. I remember his smile, and his kind and compassionate spirit. He was a gift and I was lucky to have had such a loyal childhood friend and "brother." May the generous outpouring of love strengthen his family and all who knew him.

Tiny I'm going to miss you man. I remember Tiny always smiling and in good spirit, when Tiny and Jerome were living in California we had some of the best times, I remember coming over and telling him to play me something on the piano and we get down my last time hearing him play was five years ago when I came to New Orleans and we talk about music and his love of gospels music that he had been working on and it was touching. Tiny you're my friend, my brother, my love one. My sympathy goes out to Tiny entire family. p.s. Jerome, Tiny is with you everywhere you go. Be strong my Brother.

His nickname may have been “Tiny,” but Tyronne’s spirit was enormous. On stage and off he shined! His unwavering faith, love of family, and determination were an inspiration to all who knew and loved him. Through his music, laughter, and compassion Tyronne touched many lives, mine included. He never met a “stranger,” but was always open and friendly to everyone he encountered. May you find comfort in your many warm and happy memories. I know he’s in heaven leading a second line and singing to his heart’s content!
