Virgil Brown on Monday, August 1, 2005 at 4:05 P.M. in Ama, LA. Husband of Beatrice Zeringue Brown of Ama, LA. Son of the late William and Alma Dillon Brown. Father and father-in-law of Wanda and Walter Hebert of Ama, LA, Delcie and Ron Adams of Hanhville, LA and Wade Brown and Ricky Brown of Ama, LA. Brother and brother-in-law of Kelly Brown of Gonzales, LA, Leo Ricks of Boliver, LA and the late Delcie Hyde, Maxine Ricks and Zula Walls. Also survived by 8 grandchildren, 1 great-granchild. Age 75 years. A native of Kentwood, LA and a resident of Ama, LA. Religious services at 12:00 noon on Wednesday at Bible Center Church in Luling, LA. Interment in Holy Rosary Cemetery, TAFT. Conducted by Rev. Gary McCall. Visitation at Bible Center Church in Luling, LA from 9:00 A.M. to 12:00 noon on Wednesday. H.C. ALEXANDER FUNERAL HOME of Norco, LA in charge of arrangements.

My Condolences to all the Brown families. I have known the Browns my entire life. They are a very precious family. Many happy memories of Popa Brown, Mrs. Alma, Mrs. Delcie, Mrs. Maxine, Mr. Virgil, Mr. Kelly, and all the rest at Mrs. Zula and Mr. Ivy Wall'S for a family Reunion. it was a wonderful memory. Please Know we will be praying for your family.
