I have known Father McCauley since I was a little girl and I am now 59 yers old. My older brother, Larry Liljestrom went to Jesuit High School in Dallas, Texas. Fr. McCauley was his teacher and principal. Fr. would come and visit us often as my father's job transferred him to many states. Fr. was a strong influence on me, especially in my teenage years.
Father McCauley is now with our Father in Heaven, He has fulfilled his last goal. I will always remember his wit and words of wisdom to me. God bless you Father McCauley.

Father McCauley has been a friend of my family since my childhood in Dallas. He has always been there for me in my life with words of wisdom and wit. I am so sad to have him passed but selfishly so as he has finally reached his goal and is with God now. Bless you Father Walt and bless your family and friends.

Fr Walt was a very special soul who made a significant impact on my life during a very tenuous time. He made me feel the love of God like no other spiritual adviser had before. We loved hosting him and having our children sit around the dinner table listening to his tales of his travels in Ireland! God be with you dear man -- and may you know just how well you did as God's good and faithful servant! Thank you

A wise and gentle teacher who helped me to truly experience in my heart the unconditional love of God. Countless lives he touched, I am so happy that mine was one. May the arms of Jesus and the gates of heaven open wide to welcome home this good & faithful servant! My prayers are with his family, friends, and all those who loved him.

Father McCauley was my spiriual director for many years. I learned how to walk with the Lord. Father always impressed on me to remember that 'God is large and in charge'. I thank God for this wonderful man, a true servant. Vicki Moo (Allen, Texas)

Walt and I were best of friends since 1943. He was a good, humble and brilliant man. I'm certain God has a very special reward for this Holy man.
