Wilmer Gilyard

GILYARD Wilmer (Mr. Buddy) Gilyard departed this life November 4, 2011. He was the son of Rev. Phillip Gilyard, Sr. and Ella Green Gilyard and the devoted husband of Ada Harper Gilyard. He was the father of the late Irma Gilyard. He is survived by ten children: Adriennel (Charles) Cooper, Felicia (Eric) Grover, Theresa, Terry, Lisa, and Edward Harper, David (Monica), Andrew (Patricia), and Livingston (Antoinette) Harper; two brothers: Clarence and Roy Gilyard; and five sisters: Victoria Dallas Young, Eula Lewis, Ola Horton Bailey, Thelma Bailey McCrainey, and Elaine Bowers; 44 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends. Pastors, officers, and members of Greater Mt. Calvary B.C., Shiloh MBC, Caro Trucking Company of Houma, LA are invited to attend the Funeral Services Saturday, November 12, 2011 at 11:30 A.M. at Mt.
