Claudia M. Peterson, age 78, passed away at Jennie Edmundson Hospital on February 24, 2024.

She was born May 19, 1945, to the late Claude and Iva May (Fisher) Koger in Council Bluffs, IA. Claudia graduated from Abraham Lincoln High School with the class of 1963, and retired from CHI Mercy Hospital in the Human Resource Office.

Claudia is survived by her husband of 58 years, Donald Peterson; children, Tracy (Mark) Michael and Craig (Annie) Peterson; grandchildren, Clayton (Amber) Michael, Karli (Mitch Keizer) Michael, Dakota Peterson, Dalan Peterson, and Dawson Peterson; great grandchildren, Marlon Michael, Warren Michael, Ellis Michael, and Blythe Michael.

Viewing and visitation will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Friday, March 1, 2024. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Crescent Volunteer Fire Department.
