Meagan N. Skipton, age 32, of Council Bluffs, passed away November 5, 2024, at Jennie Edmundson Hospital. Meagan was born October 8, 1992, in Lincoln, NE, to Victor and Jayme (Dinges) Sachs. She graduated from Lewis Central High School in 2010. Meagan married Justin Skipton on August 1, 2019. She was a clerk at Cubby's in the Old Market. Meagan was preceded in death by her mother, Jayme Sachs in 2003; and her sister, Ashley. She is survived by her husband, Justin; children, Eathen Crum, Bennett and his mother Jennifer Dinges, Alicia Dinges, Milo Skipton, twins Oakley and Tatum Skipton; father, Victor Sachs; siblings, Matthew Sachs, Andrew Sachs, Amanda Heiman, Samantha Hutton, Jesse Hutton, Nicole Spracklin; grandfather, Jim (Kim) Dinges; special niece, Hayley Smith; and many other special nieces and nephews; and uncle James Dinges.

Visitation with the family, Saturday, 3 to 5 p.m., with remarks at 4 p.m., at Cutler-O'Neill-Meyer-Woodring, Bayliss Park Chapel. The family will direct memorial contributions.
