Louis Loesch Obituary
Louie was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and friend. He enjoyed softball, pool, ping pong, golf, and spending time with family. He owned Louie's Finishing Touch in Alexandria, where he made many lasting friendships. Louie will be remembered for his humor, warmth, and love of family.
He is survived by his wife, Gay; children Matthew (fiancée Melody Cole), Genevra (Chris) Lafond, Erik (Michelle) Halverson, and Skip (Krista) Halverson; grandchildren Maia, Avy, Shaya, and Siri; sisters Kathy and Mary; brothers Tom, Ed, Robert, Richard, Don, and Dan; and many nieces, nephews, and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents.
A celebration of life will be held April 12, 2026, from 1-4 p.m. at Eugene H. Truax V.F.W. Post 4393, Northfield.
Memorials preferred to the American Cancer Society or the Upper Midwest Great Dane Rescue.
Arrangements by the Cremation Society of Minnesota.
