Alfonso Lombardi Obituary

Alfonso P. Lombardi of Verona died on Oct. 3. He was 80.

Born and raised in Montclair before settling in Verona 45 years ago, he was the owner of A. Lombardi Landscaping for 58 years, a business that has been in existence for 85 years. He was a member of the Unity Club of Verona and served in the U.S. Navy.

He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Eileen, his children, Alfonso Lombardi and his wife Kathleen, Pauline Bujnowski and her husband Christopher and Christopher Lombardi, his sisters, Rosalie Jaeger and Barbara Lombardi and his grandchildren, Christopher, Nickolai, Alfonso and Gia.

A funeral Mass will be held at Our Lady of the Lake Church in Verona.

In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place Memphis, Tenn. 38105 in his memory would be appreciated.
