Anastasios Venetsanos Obituary

VENETSANOS Anastasios, age 77, of Englewood Cliffs, on Saturday June 18, 2011. Born in Greece, he worked as a furrier for Petkanas Furriers of New York. Beloved husband of Athena (nee: Marmarinos). Devoted father of Emily Brown and her husband Matthew, Ricky Venetsanos and his wife Janet and Jimmy Venetsanos and his wife Herminia. Cherished grandfather of Christopher, Anastasia, Max, Alexa, Anastasios and Athena. The family will receive their friends on Tuesday from 5-9 PM at the Frank A. Patti and Kenneth Mikatarian Funeral Home, 327 Main Street "opposite the Fort Lee Library". All are asked to assemble Wednesday in St. John The Theologian Greek Orthodox Cathedral at 11 AM for religious services, interment to follow. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to either St. John The Theologian Greek Orthodox Cathedral or the Villa Marie Claire Hospice.
