BUBENIK - Andrew P. "Andy" 52, of Pembroke Pines, FL died July 17, 2002. He is survived by his wife Coleen, sons Brian and Matthew, daughters Jennifer (Tracy) Ricks and Angela (Scott) Mack, grandchildren Kyle, Christopher, Joshua, Shane and Amber Lee, mother Norma, brothers Thomas, Steven and Daniel, sisters Beth Renner and Carol LaBarbera. A Gathering of friends at the funeral home from 4-8 PM, Saturday. A Memorial Service will be held 5:30 PM, Sunday at Calvary Chapel Sawgrass. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to: Calvary Chapel Sawgrass, Building Fund, 450 SW 130th Ave., Davie, FL 33325. T.M.
