Carmine J., 92, of Little Falls passed away Tuesday, April 7, 2015.
Born in Paterson, NJ he resided in Little Falls his entire life. Mr. Conti was a United States World War II Army Veteran and was a member of American Legion Post 121 and was a lifelong parishioner of Holy Angels R.C. Church, Little Falls where he was an Usher.
Mr. Conti was a principal with the Clifton Board of Education before retiring and was a long time Treasurer of the Passaic County Retired Educators.
He is predeceased by his wife the former, Rosemary A. Belasco; and his sister, Rose Muccio.
Survivors include: his daughter, Lynne Karpinski and her husband, Anthony of Little Falls; his son, John A. Conti, MD and his wife, Holly of Little Falls; his grandson, C.J. Conti of Little Falls; his brother, James Conti and his wife, Jennie of Little Falls; his sister, Mary Sabio of Fairfield; his goddaughter, Carol Palma of Pine Brook; his godson, James Brian Conti of Little Falls; and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be 9:30 AM Thursday from Bizub-Parker funeral Home, 47 Main Street, Little Falls and 10 AM at Holy Angels R.C. Church, 465 Main Street, Little Falls. Entombment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Totowa. Visiting hours Wednesday 4-8 PM.
