CAFASSO
Charles A., on April 26, 2012, of Fort Lee, NJ, age 89. Charles was born on November 24, 1922 in Avellino, Italy and came to the U.S. in 1924. He was an Army Veteran of WWII. Charles was life-long owner of Fairway Market in Fort Lee as well as a parishioner of Madonna R.C. Church in Fort Lee.
Beloved husband to Nunzia (nee) Mazzone. Devoted father to David and his fiancee Maria, Robert and his wife Ashley, and Charles Jr. Adored grandfather to David Jr., Nicholas and Michael Cafasso.
Funeral from the A.K. Macagna Funeral Home, 495 Anderson Avenue, Cliffside Park, NJ on Monday, April 30, 2012 at 10 AM, thence to Madonna R.C. Church, 340 Main Street in Fort Lee, where a Funeral Mass will be offered at 11 AM. Entombment to follow at Madonna Mausoleum in Fort Lee. The family will receive their friends Sunday 4-8 PM. Donations may also be made to Madonna Church, 340 Main Street, Fort Lee, NJ 07024. www.akmacagnafuneralhome.com

Today its 6 years that Charlie passed away and I still think of him everyday. I worked for him many years and spent many hour of the day talking to him, he was the nicest man you would ever want to meet, everyone loved him especially his family.

When someone says Charlie Cafasso what comes to me first is best friend, the greatest man you could ever meet, I miss him , I think of him everyday because I saw him everyday for about 13 years he was my boss and a great friend.
