MANDERVILLE Charles F. "Chop", age 76, was a lifelong resident of Paterson, NJ. He departed this life on Friday, April 10, 2009. He did Retail & Tailoring while employed by Katzins Uniform Co. in Newark, NJ, Clifton Clothing Co. in Wal-lington, NJ, and Bonds Men's Clothing Store in New York and Willowbrook Mall, Wayne, NJ. He fought in the Korean War with the United States Air Force 1952-1956 and played the saxophone in the Air Force Band. He played the Tenor Saxophone with the band Will & the Heart Breakers and his own band, Chop & the Hi-Fi's. He was preceded in death by his parents, Abe and Georgie Manderville; one brother, Thomas Manderville; and two sisters, Suzanne Crawley and Dorothy Mander-ville. He leaves cherished memories to: his loving and devoted wife, Lenora Mander-ville; one son, Charles F. Manderville, Jr.; five daughters, Faith Smith, Robin Acrey, Denise Manderville, Jill Keys and Lisa Manderville; one sister, June A. Thomas; 12 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchil-dren; devoted friend, Robert Batchelor, a host of in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, friends and neighbors. Services: Friday, April 17, 2009, 8pm at the Carnie P. Bragg Funeral Home, 256 Rosa Parks Blvd., Paterson, NJ. Final Disposition: William C Doyle Veterans Cemetery.
