Charlotte Polek Obituary
Charlotte (nee Provenzano), 72, of Rochelle Park, formerly of Maywood, passed away on Tuesday, March 1, 2016. Before retiring, Charlotte worked as a Secretary and was also a member of Teamster Local 560 in Union City.
Cherished Fiancée and soul-mate of 15 years to Herbie Ierardi of Rochelle Park. Loving mother of Kim Galuhn-McCormick and her husband Jeffrey of Summerville, SC. Devoted grandmother of David Hogrefe and his wife Elizabeth and Diana McCormick.
Family will receive friends on Saturday, March 5, 2016 from 2-4 PM at the Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 113 South Farview Avenue, Paramus. A Memorial Service will be held at 3:30 PM on Saturday, March 5, 2016 at the Vander Plaat Memorial Home. Private Cremation.
