I think of Edith all the time. This kind, Loving, intelligent woman was instrumental in my life. I was a bullied teen, and Edith gave me protection by making me her teaching assistant when I was in 8th grade. I continued this all
The way until I graduated 5 years later. Edith gave me courage and strength. The whole Ingunza family welcomed me and I was a guest at their home for many wonderful dinners. I have gone on to achieve many of my life dreams, directing Broadway shows and rock concerts. Edith was instrumental in providing me with the strength and confidence to live my dreams. I miss her terribly and think of her and the Ingunza family often. Love, Rob [email protected]

I remember Mrs. Ingunza as a wonderful teacher, she was one of my favorites. I enjoyed her class thoroughly, she nurtured my love of science and always encouraged me to pursue my love of biology. I will never forget the maple cake she made for my birthday one year, it was delicious! I am saddened to learn of her passing. My thoughts and prayers are extended to her family.

Mrs. Ingunza was one of my more memorable teachers at River Dell Jr. High. She had a loud voice and a great sense of humor, and was always palling around with Mrs. Johnson in their shared closet space. My thoughts go out to her family.
