Eugene Milano Obituary

MILANO
Eugene John, age 89, of Naples, Florida, passed away peacefully at Haywood Regional Medical Center on Wednesday, July 13, 2016. Gene is survived by his loving wife of ten years, Mary Jane King; son, Peter Milano and his wife, Rita Blacker; daughter, Mary Milano; his granddaughter, Rebecca Milano. Gene proudly served in the United States Navy during World War II. He later earned his Master's Degree in Psychology from Fordham University. Gene worked at Dana Perfumes Company where he retired as CEO after 25 years with the company. He was a member of the Ridgewood Country Club, Naples Country Club, Laurel Ridge Country Club, and the Ridgewood Hobbyist. In his retirement he enjoyed playing golf, traveling around Europe, playing Bridge, and enjoying a good meal. He will be greatly missed. I loved my uncle very much. We all were so proud
of his accomplishments. He was very good and
caring to his family. My only regret is that I
COULD NOT spend much time with him like
I would have liked.
Rest in peace dear uncle and hope we will be together again some day.
