Francesco Trama Obituary

TRAMA Francesco, age 91, of Elmwood Park at rest in Elmwood Park on November 21, 2010. Beloved husband of Santina (nee Carnevale) Trama of Elmwood Park. Loving Father of Joseph Trama and his wife Daniela of Galloway, Concetta Ferrigno and her husband Michael of Wayne, Vera De Frances and her husband Stephen of Wayne and the late Emanuela Trama. Brother of Gina Germano of Italy, Antonio Trama of Elmwood Park and the late Nicola Trama and Fortuna Carnevale. Also survived by seven grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Born in Sicily, Italy he came to the United States in 1971 residing in Paterson before moving to Elmwood Park 12 years ago. He was a Dye House Worker for several different factories in the Paterson area. Prior to that, he was a merchant marine for most of his life. Mr. Trama was a member of the Gela Club, Paterson. He enjoyed hanging around with his pals at Cafe Italia, Paterson. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd, Totowa, on Wednesday at 9:30 AM. Funeral Mass to follow at St. Gerard R.C. Church, Paterson at 10 AM. Entombment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery Mausoleum, Totowa. Friends may call Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, PO Box 50, Memphis, TN 38101-0050 would be appreciated. For more information, go to www.festamemorial.com.
