Gerald F., on August 10, 2012 of Bergenfield. He was a Korean War Army veteran. Beloved husband of the late Marguerite P. Devoted father of Garrit N. and his wife Eileen, Kevin F. and his wife Kelly, and Scott T. and his wife Jessica. Dear brother of Hank and the late Nancy, Richard and Roger Greer.
Loving grandfather of Jessica, Brittany, Brian, Gavin, Abigail and Carly.
Funeral service at Riewerts Memorial Home, 187 S. Washington Ave., Bergenfield on Monday evening at 7:30. Cremation will be private. Visiting Monday 5-8 PM. Memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society would be appreciated. Send a lasting condolence at riewertsmemorialhome.com

Dear Greer Family,
We are thinking of you all at this very sad time on the loss of your Dad "Uncle Jerry". Uncle Jerry was a very special to our family and he will always remain in our hearts. The memories that we shared will always be treasured. He was a wonderful man who was an Uncle to all of us. We will miss him very much, but it does give us some comfort knowing that he is reunited with your Mom again. I am sure "Uncle Tommy" and the rest of your wonderful family has welcomed him with open arms.

Dear Greer family,
There really are no words. Your Dad, was so very dear to us. "Uncle Jerry" as we always referred to him as will be sorely missed. You all might as well have been related to us by blood that's how close we always felt toward your family. It's comforting to know that "Aunt Margie, "Uncle Jerry", and "Uncle Tommy" are all together now having lots of laughs. We are the ones left behind to miss and mourn them. God bless you all at this very sad time.
