Gino Fassetta Obituary
Age 95 on Wednesday February 21, 2018. He was born in Treviso, Italy, moved to Argentina and New York City before moving to Valley Stream, NY. He worked for Pan Am Airlines in N.Y. for twenty-eight years, retiring in 1983. He was a World War II Italian Air Force Mechanic. Beloved husband of the late Nancy (Natoli) Fassetta; loving father of Robert Fassetta and his wife, Mary Margaret, of Ringwood; dear grandfather of Melissa Fassetta and her husband, Michel Turpolowski, and Matthew Fassetta, Meghan, Jessica, John and Samantha Xenakis. Visiting on Saturday from 9-11am at the D'Agostino Funeral Home 881 Ringwood Avenue, Haskell, followed by a 11:30 am Mass at St. Catherine R.C. Church, Ringwood. Interment at Christ the King Cemetery, Franklin Lakes.
