Gracie Kirkland Obituary
Gracie, age 88, of Vienna, VA, formerly of Paterson, NJ, died on Thursday, January 3, 2013 at Manor Care Nursing Center, Arlington, VA. She was born on April 2, 1924 in Camden, SC, to the late Douglas and Clara Jones. Gracie was a longtime member of St. Luke Baptist Church.
Gracie is the wife of Cleveland Kirkland; loving and devoted mother of Barbara Kirkland of Vienna, VA, and Lillian Kirkland of King of Prussia, PA; proud grandmother of Nicole and Danielle Dixon and the late Allison Felisbret; also survived by a host of nieces and nephews. Gracie was preceded in death by nine brothers and four sisters.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, January 8th from 5-8 PM at Money and King Funeral Home, 171 West Maple Avenue, Vienna, VA, where funeral services will be held on Wednesday, January 9th at 11:30 AM. Interment will immediately follow. Please view and sign the family guestbook at
