Harold Dloughy Obituary

DLOUGHY
Harold R., Sr., of Ridgefield, formerly of Bergenfield, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 20, 2013, at the age of 80 years. Born in Hackensack, raised in Little Ferry and graduated from Lodi High School, he then lived in Bergenfield prior to coming to Ridgefield in 1978. He was a real estate appraiser and owned Harold R. Dloughy Associates in Ridgefield. Previously he worked for Herold Realtors of Bogota as a real estate broker. He was a member of the Bergen County Realtors Association and the Teaneck Loyal Order of Moose. Beloved father of Diana M. Dloughy and her husband Frank Force of Ramsey, Robert M. Dloughy and his wife Donna of Bethpage, NY, and Harold R. Dloughy Jr. and his wife Donna of Dumont. Cherished grandfather of Heather and Jason. Special friend to Ann DiNallo of South Hackensack. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the G. Thomas Gentile Funeral Home, 397 Union St., Hackensack, NJ 07601. Cremation will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Community Food Bank of New Jersey, 31 Evans Terminal, Hillside, NJ 07205. Diana, Bobby and Harold,
So sorry to hear of Dad's passing. I remember the many snowstorms and snow forts built in the sides of our driveways, as neighbors on Glenwood Dr. May he rest in peace and may the love of your family and friends comfort you during this time.
