Irene SORIANO Obituary
Irene, 85, of East Rutherford, passed away on October 18, 2012, surrounded by her loving family. Before retiring in 1990, she was employed as a secretary with Royce Chemical, East Rutherford.
Irene was a founder of the Property Owners Association of East Rutherford, a member of the Order of the Eastern Star of New Jersey, Eclipse Chapter 226 and VFW Woman's Auxiliary, East Rutherford.
She is survived by her husband of 65 yrs., John M. Soriano; her children Janet Keida and husband Thomas, John Soriano and wife Michelle, three grandchildren Raegan, Seth and Mary Irene, two great-grandchildren, Paul Thomas and Audrey. Irene is predeceased by her son John Michael (1949) and sister Adrianna Sassano (2008).
Funeral services will be held Tuesday 11AM in Wallington Presbyterian Church, Paterson Ave and Union Blvd, Wallington, NJ. Please arrive in Funeral Home 10AM.
Family and friends will be received Monday 2-5 & 7-9 PM in the Collins Calhoun Funeral Home, 19 Lincoln Ave., Rutherford. A service by the Eastern Star of New Jersey, Eclipse Chapter No. 226 will take place at 7:30PM.
Interment: Lodi Cemetery, Passaic Avenue, Lodi, NJ.
