James F. Coyle

COYLE, James F. 92, of Little Ferry formerly of Jersey City passed away on Saturday, August 12, 2017. Born in Jersey City to the late John and Marie Coyle. James was a Petty Officer in the Navy during W.W.II, a life member of the V.F.W. Post 809 in Little Ferry and a recipient of the Distinguished Service Medal from Governor Christine Todd Whitman. Before retiring, he was a manager for A&P Supermarkets in Jersey City. James was a parishioner of St. Margaret of Cortona R.C. Church in Little Ferry where he was a member of the Holy Name Society, the Finance Committee and served as an usher. Beloved husband of sixty-five years to Regina (nee Anuszewski) Coyle. Devoted father of Regina Coyle and Sabina Golder and her husband Colin. Predeceased by four brothers and sisters.

Funeral from Costa Memorial Home Boulevard and Central Ave. Hasbrouck Heights on Wednesday, August 16th at 8:45 AM. Funeral Liturgy from St. Margaret of Cortona R.C. Church at 10 AM. Entombment following at Madonna Mausoleum, Fort Lee. Visitation Tuesday, August 15th from 3-7 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to Special Needs K9 P.O.
