Jan Lukaszczyk Obituary

Wallington — Jan Lukaszczyk, 51, died Nov. 30.

He was born in Poznan, Poland, and came to the United States in 1973. He has lived in Wallington for the past 38 years. He was a construction worker for more than 30 years, most recently with Showhank Co., of Wallington.

He was the husband of Beata; father of John Lukaszczyk and Jane Lukaszczyk, both of Wallington; son of Maria Lukaszczyk of Wallington and the late Jozef Lukaszczyk; brother of Zenon Lukaszczyk of Clifton, Jane Lukaszczyk of Wallington, Kathy Barski of Wayne, Margaret Palach of Monroe and the late Kazimierz Lukaszczyk; brother-in-law of Mickey Palach and Stanley Barski; uncle of eight; and great-niece of one.

Funeral was Dec. 3 at Most Sacred Heart of Jesus R.C. Church, Wallington, with interment at St. Michael's Cemetery, South Hackensack. Arrangements by Kamienski Funeral Home, Wallington.
