Janet Carley Obituary
Mahwah - Janet Ellen Carley, age 65, passed away peacefully at her home on Friday, November 16, 2018. Janet was born August 1, 1953 in New York City to Janet Catherine Hall and James Patrick Carley.
Janet is a proud graduate of Wayne Valley High School and she continued her education at East Orange General School of Nursing to become a Registered Nurse. Thereafter, Janet earned her Bachelor of Science degree at Upsala College. Janet served in the healthcare industry and NJ school system for over 35 years where she had an uncanny ability to connect with her patients and was beloved by those she cared for.
Janet is survived by her daughter, Erika Carly Samolowicz and her husband James John Samolowicz and her son, Alexander D. Schramm as well as her brother, sisters, nieces and nephews.
Family and Friends are invited to celebrate Janet's life on Friday, November 23 from 4pm - 8pm at the Volk Leber Funeral Home in Oradell, NJ with a church service to be held on Saturday, November 24 at 11am at Our Lady of Mount Carmel in Ridgewood, NJ.
