Janice Cacciapuoti

CACCIAPUOTI Janice Ouellette, 57, of West Milford, passed away after a long illness on Tuesday, May 24, 2011. She was born in Springfield, Mass to Sara Jean (Carew) Ouellette and Robert Ouellette. Mrs. Cacciapuoti earned a BS in Microbiology at the University of Massachusetts in Amherst; a BS in nursing at the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond and her Masters of Education with a concentration in School Nurse Education from Cambridge College, MA. Mrs. Cacciapuoti worked for 17 years as a school nurse at the West Milford High School and was involved in the Relay For Life at the High School. She was also an active member for many years at the Newfoundland United Methodist Church where she was a Sunday School teacher and Vacation Bible School teacher, a Confirmation mentor and was involved in various committees and missions. Mrs. Cacciapuoti is survived by her loving husband Anthony of 35 years; her dear sons: Michael Cacciapuoti of West Milford and David Cacciapuoti and his fiancé Melissa Boring of Tustin, California; her parents Robert and Sara Jean Ouellette; her sister Judith Brown of East Longmeadow, MA; her brothers Thomas Ouellette and his wife Lisa of Vernon, CT and John Ouellette of Longmeadow, MA and her niece Dana Ouellette and nephews Jeffrey Brown and Nathan Ouellette. A memorial service to celebrate her life will take place on Saturday, June 11, 2011 at 1 PM at the Newfoundland United Methodist Church, 65 LaRue Road, Newfoundland, NJ 07435.
