John D'Aiuto Obituary
John Joseph, age 61, of Totowa at rest in Paterson on April 24, 2012. Born in Paterson, he lived in Totowa for most of his life. He was an Electrician for Union Local #102, Parsippany. John was a beloved member of the Totowa Community. He was a member of the Totowa Zoning Board of Adjustment for 20 years and was the Chairman for the past 4. He was a former member of the Passaic Valley School Board and was a member of the Totowa Republican Club. He donated his time to many charitable organizations including the PAL. He coached various sports for the Totowa PAL and was the past commissioner of the Football Program. Beloved husband of Susan (nee Russell) D'Aiuto of Totowa. Loving Father of Dean D'Aiuto of Totowa, Scott D'Aiuto & his wife, Rosalee of Totowa, Jason D'Aiuto of Totowa, and Jenna Laudi & her husband, Matt of Totowa. Dear son of Nathan D'Aiuto of Hawthorne and the late Adeline (nee Finamore) D'Aiuto. Brother of James D'Aiuto and his wife, Eileen of Hawthorne, Judith D'Aiuto of White House Station and Elizabeth Hermann and her husband Gerard of Pompton Plains. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Festa Memorial Funeral Home 111 Union Blvd., Totowa on Friday at 8:45 AM. Funeral Mass to follow at St. James RC Church, Totowa at 9:30 AM. Interment at Laurel Grove Cemetery, Totowa. Friends may call Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 PM.
