John Feger Obituary
John Joseph, 90, of Riverdale, passed away on Friday, August 2, 2013. John was born July 10, 1923 in Paterson, NJ, to Michael Feger and Nancy Nemeth Feger. John was a loving and patient father, husband, grandfather, and friend to all. As a young man, he had a passion for motorcycles. During World War II, John was employed by Curtiss Wright. He was then employed as a machinist at Edwards Engineering. John was also a volunteer fireman and treasurer for the Riverdale Volunteer Fire Department.
He is survived by his daughter, Darlene Feger; his son, John Feger; and his grandson, Michael Feger. He was predeceased by his beloved wife, June.
A funeral service will be held 10 AM on Wednesday, August 7, 2013 at the M. John Scanlan Funeral Home, Pompton Plains. Entombment will follow at Garden of Memories, Paramus. Friends and family may visit from 5-9 PM on Tuesday, August 6th at the funeral home.
